Meaney, Gillen and Gleeson attached to Paddy Power feature film
The planned screen adaptation of Aaron Rogan’s book has an Irish cast attached, with Playhouse Studios producing.

Colm Meaney, Aidan Gillen, Brian Gleeson and Alex Murphy are attached to a planned feature about the rise of Paddy Power. The project adapts journalist Aaron Rogan’s book Punters: How Paddy Power Bet Billions and Changed Gambling Forever.
The Journal and Irish Examiner both report the cast’s involvement. The Examiner identifies Matt Lipsey as director and says Dale Longmore, John Quinn and Brian Durnin have worked on the screen adaptation. Playhouse Studios is producing, with chief executive Peggy Cafferty discussing the project’s dramatic and comic possibilities.
This is a scripted screen project, not a documentary finding or a legal judgment. Its promotional descriptions concern the intended dramatisation and should not be treated as verified allegations about real people or businesses. The announcement establishes the planned adaptation and attached cast; it does not establish that filming or release has taken place.
